Pinnacle One Yonge – SkyTower is the flagship residential element of Pinnacle International’s prestigious One Yonge development at 1 Yonge Street, Toronto. Rising to a record-breaking height, SkyTower is now approved for 105 storeys at approximately 346–352 meters, and with the proposed change could reach 106 habitable floors—poised to become Canada’s tallest residential building.

Construction has made remarkable progress as of early 2025, with the tower now topping 56 storeys, marking the halfway point of its ascent toward its full heigh. A recent variance application seeks to raise ceiling heights to 10 feet on upper floors and transform mechanical space into premium residential suites—enhancing both the tower’s stature and its luxury appeal.

 

Set to complete around 2027, SkyTower will feature over 840 upscale condos (ranging 520–2,300 sq ft) and an array of amenities, including a pool, fitness centre, rooftop lounges, concierge service, and direct PATH network connection. It sits within a larger master plan that includes office space, retail, hotel accommodations, and a new public park at Toronto’s waterfront gateway
